RETURN POLICY

At ccriderseats.com, it is acceptable to make a return or exchange within 14 business days once you receive the package.

We can only process refund or return for orders made on www.ccriderseats.com. If you bought from any third party, please contact the original seller for any assistance.

How To Return & Refund
1. Contact us by email –ccriderseats@gmail.com  or service@ccriderseats.com

Contact us and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.

2. Reply within 48 business hours

Once we receive your email, we will offer considerate and specific suggestions and steps for return.

3. Inspect attached Photograph(s) or Returned item(s)

The item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.

4. Return address

The return address will be sent to your email after you submit your return request

5. Offer the Refund

Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We are unable to accept returns for:
1. Products that have been used or altered.
2. Products without the original packaging or not in their original condition.

Please note that any expedited shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

Received Wrong Or Defect Items

a. If there is any quality problem or defect on products when arrive, please email us and attach the following Photograph(s):

The photo of the damaged item or the photo which can show quality problems;
The front and back view of the Outer Carton;
The photo of the Shipping Label, Product Code, and Barcode;

b.The Photograph(s) of the item and carton needs to be clear. If the packaging is damaged, we cannot accept a return application.

c. Once we confirm the Photograph(s), we would issue you the return label and arrange a replacement or a full refund for you asap.

If You Do Not Like the Product
a. If you want to return the item without any quality problem or damage, please also contact us within 5 business days. (Email: service@ccriderseats.com). 

b. Generally you need to send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging. The return address will be sent to your email after you submit your return request. We would not cover the shipping fee in this case, you may need to pay the return shipping fee. 

c. Once receiving the item, it will take 72 hours for us to re-evaluate whether the product can be resold. If the returned product can be resold, we will arrange the refund for you asap; If the returned product cannot be resold, your refund request will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not issue the return label in this case.

Order Cancellations:
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 48 hours of purchase. Please email us at service@ccriderseats.com if you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have already been shipped.

Applicability of returns and refunds

It’s our goal to provide you with the best buying experience imaginable. Part of that means getting orders processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations to recall your order.

Please note closeout items, clearance, or final sale items are sold as is and can't be returned for refund.
